摘要
纤维化学修饰材料应用广泛,如塑料模、泡沫塑料等。实验制备了1-烯丙基-3-甲基氯代咪唑[AMIM]Cl离子液体,纤维素在其中可较好溶解形成均相体系;通过与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚及阳离子化合成了不同聚合度的水处理剂,并进行性能研究。结果表明:纤维素在[AMIM]Cl中溶解性能良好、接枝共聚反应活性较好;纤维素聚合度较低时,其接枝物水处理剂对高岭土悬浊水的浊度去除率达94%以上,对草浆废水的浊度去除率达87%以上,COD值降低50%以上。
Modified cellulose had a wide application in plastic materials. The homogeneous graft copolymerization of aerylamide on to cellulose using 1-allyl-3-methlimidazolium chloride ionic liquid ([ AMIM ] C1) as reaction medium was studied. After eationization of copolymerization,the application of the water treatment chemical with different degrees was also discussed. The results showed that [ AMIM ] CI showed a good dissolution to cellulose and the reactive activity of graft copolymerization was good in it, the turbidity of kaolin water removal ratios could reach as high as 94 % when the polymerization degree of cellwlose was low;the turbidity and COD of the papermaking wastewater removal ratios separately reached 87 % and 50 %.
