摘要
通过对注塑机的封闭加载式合模机构传动原理进行说明,并对封闭式差动齿轮机构进行分析。封闭加载式合模机构的改进之处在于采用封闭式差动齿轮机构,以及利用步进电机对行星差动齿轮加载装置进行加载,使整个封闭轮系中形成大的功率流,步进电机提供较小的功率便可以得到较大的锁模力。
The closed load pattern clamping systems of all electric injection molding machine was designed, and enclosed differential gear trains was analyzed. The improvement of this institutions was using enclosed differential gears and using stepper motors load on differential gears loading device, and a big power flow formed in the whole enclosed gear trains,which also could make the stepping motor provides small power, but achieve high clamping force and low energy consumption.
