2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血脂水平相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血脂水平的相关性。方法测定356例T2DM患者HbA1c、TC、HDL-C、TG、LDL-C水平,根据糖化血红蛋白水平分为三组,比较不同HbA1c水平的T2DM患者血脂代谢情况。结果 HbA1c与TC、TG呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05),与LDL-C关系不明显。结论随HbA1c水平升高,TC、TG水平升高,HDL-C水平降低,LDL-C改变不明显。 Objective To observe the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Measureing HbA1c,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of 365 cases.The patients with type 2 diabetes were devided into three subgroups of A,B and C according to their HbA1c.The correlation between HbA1c and serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes were observed.Results HbA1c was correlateded with TC,TG positively(P 0.05),and correlated with HDL-C negatively(P 0.05).And with no obvious correlation with LDL-C.Conlusion The levels of TC,TG were significantly increased and HDL-C decreased following increasing of HbA1c,and there was no obvious correlation between HbA1c and LDL-C.
