论思维变革与远离平衡态

Thinking Change and far from equilibrium

人的创新活动是由有效的思维变革所决定的。人脑的组织运行系统是内外部相互交换的活系统,要促进创新思维的形成与发展,必须激活思维系统由"平衡结构"向"耗散结构"转化,使之远离平衡态。远离平衡态需要量的积累和撞击能量,只有加大思维变革的力度,不断输入新的信息,才能促使人的思维系统产生"巨涨落",进而形成新的思维视觉和思维方式。此外,思维的耗散结构形成需要通过"巨涨落"来促进思维的变革与创新,所以一方面要注意强化外部的信息刺激,另一方面要树立权变思想,改善内部思维环境。
