应用AO跟骨可塑钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折36例分析

The study of the application of AO plastic ti- alloy plate for intra- articular calcaneal fracture

目的探讨跟骨钛钢板在跟骨关节内骨折应用中的疗效。方法 2007年2月～2010年2月,应用AO跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折36例,随访6个月～1年,平均10个月。结果疗效评定按孙宏慧等标准,36例中,优27例(75%),良7例(19.4%),差2例(5.6%),发生切口感染2例,皮缘坏死1例,切口裂开1例,其中2例跟骨钢板外露,1例行筋膜皮瓣转移治愈,1例经反复换药于术后4个月骨折基本愈合取除内固定治愈。结论 AO跟骨可塑钛钢板设计科学,操作简便实用,经临床使用效果可靠,不失为一种治疗跟骨骨折的良好手段。

Objective To observe and analyse the treatment effect of plastic ti - alloy plate for intra - articular calcaneal fracture.Methods From February 2007 to February,2010,36 cases were treated with plastic ti - alloy plate for intra - articular calcaneal fracture.Followed - up visit was conducted for 6 - 14 months（10 months on average）.Results According to Sun Honghui Evaluation Standard,27 cases healed excellently（75%）,7 well（19.4%） and 2 badly（5.6%）. Two cases experienced wound infection,1 skin flap necrosis,1 wound disruption,2 plate exposure （one was healed by the fascia skin flap transfer the other was healed by constant dressing and then taking out the internal fixation）.Conclusion The application of AO plastic ti - alloy plate for intra - calcaneal fracture is appropriate for its simple practical operation and reliable clinical effect.
