肿瘤转移抑制基因的作用及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤转移抑制基因是近年研究的一大热点,其表达高低与某些肿瘤的转移密切相关。从1988年发现首个肿瘤转移抑制基因NM23至今,共有数十个基因被研究并确定为肿瘤转移抑制基因。其调节癌细胞的生长信号及肿瘤细胞的生物学行为、抑制肿瘤细胞的趋化性和侵袭性、限制肿瘤细胞迁徙的机制逐渐明确,
