改进胃管固定预防鼻部压疮的发生

Improvement on gastric tube fixation prevention of pressure ulcer of nose

目的改进胃管固定方法,预防鼻部压疮的发生。方法采用3 M丝绸胶布,距离鼻尖0.2~0.3 cm左右再缠绕于鼻胃管。结果 176例患者均用3M胶布固定胃管,改良前90例发生鼻部压疮5起,改良后86例无鼻压疮发生。结论改进的胃管固定方法,不仅固定美观、牢固,而且能预防鼻部压疮的发生。

Objective To improve gastric tube fixation method and prevent the pressure ulcer of nose.Methods 3M silk cloth was used to wind nasal-gastric tube 0.2~0.3cm away from the nose.Results 176 cases of patients with gastric tube were fixed with 3M tape.Among 90 cases before the modification,there were five nasal pressure ulcers.However,among 86 cases after the modification,there was no such case.Conclusion The improved gastric tube fixation is more stable and beautiful and it is also helpful in preventing the occurrence of nasal pressure sore.
