32例躁动患者PICC置管的护理体会

Nursing experience of thirty-two restlessness patients who were inserted with PICC catheters

目的探讨PICC管应用于躁动患者的护理。方法选择32例神经外科躁动患者置入PICC管。结果有2例患者穿刺点渗血较多,有1例患者因躁动自行拔出PICC管,其余患者均达到治疗周期,无其它置管并发症。结论躁动患者置入PICC后实施有效的护理措施,能够保证治疗的顺利进行,减轻患者的痛苦,提高护士的工作效率。

Objective To study the application of PICC（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter） to the nursing care of the restlessness patients.Methods Thirty-two neurosurgical restlessness patients were selected to insert PICC catheters.Results Two of these patients oozed more blood in their puncture points.One of them removed PICC catheter by himself because of restlessness.Others finished the treatment period with no other complications.Conclusion By giving more attention in nursing care and appropriate and effective measures to restlessness patients whom are inserted PICC catheters,the treatment can be ensured to proceed smoothly and pain of the patients can be reduced,and work efficiency can be improved.
