经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的手术护理配合

Operation cooperation of transurethral resection of the prostate

目的总结经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的护理配合体会。方法 78例良性前列腺增生症老年病例,经充分术前准备,改进和加强术中配合方法,均顺利完成经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术。结果 78例患者手术均成功,手术时间平均69min,未发生护理不良事件,患者对手术期间护理表示满意。结论术前应针对性地做好患者的术前指导及心理护理,保证充分的器械和物品准备;术中护士应和手术医生、麻醉医师密切配合,调节适宜的温湿度和保持冲洗液的恒温以预防低温,保证体位的舒适,术毕将患者下肢放平避免生命体征波动;术后做好器械清洗和保养。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of operation cooperation of transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods 78 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were successfully completed the surgery of transurethral resection of the prostate,through adequate preoperative preparation and operative cooperation method to improve and strengthen.Results Of the 78 patients who were operated successfully,adverse nursing events did not occur,and patients were satisfied with surgery care.Conclusion Nurses of operating room should carry out appropriate preoperative instruction and psychological care to ensure adequate preparation of equipment and materials.During surgery,the surgical nurses should closely cooperate with doctors and anesthetists to regulate proper temperature and humidity and maintain constant temperature of flushing fluid to prevent hypothermia and to ensure comfortable position.After surgery,patients should be placed on a flat position to avoid fluctuations of vital signs and the equipment should be carefully cleansed and maintained.
