Woodward术式治疗先天性高肩胛症护理配合体会

Nursing cooperation during woodward procedure in the treatment of children congenital elevated scapular

目的探讨Woodward术式治疗先天性高肩胛症的护理方法。方法对本院行Woodward术治疗的先天性高肩胛症患儿11例进行回顾性分析。结果患儿随访0.5~3年,术后外观、肩关节上举外展功能有不同程度改善,外展上举角度扩至90°~180°,平均增加40°以上。结论 Woodward操作简便、损伤小,加强护理工作配合、关注心理护理,对患儿术后生理和心理上的恢复十分有益。

Objective To summary the nursing cooperation experience during Woodward procedure in the treatment of children congenital elevated scapular.Methods Review the observation and nursing process of 11 children with congenital elevated scapular.Result 11 cases were followed up for 0.5～3 years.The postoperative effect indicated that among 11 cases,function of shoulder was improved,elevation 90°～180.Conclusion For children with congenital elevated scapular,good psychological care and health education will help improve patients and impact significantly.
