未破裂宫外孕保守治疗的临床观察与护理体会

The nursing experience and clinical observation of the conservative treatment to unruptured ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨运用甲氨喋呤及米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者的疗效及护理体会。方法对58例未破裂宫外孕患者施行甲氨喋呤及米非司酮治疗,配合临床护理观察,及时发现病情变化,监测血、尿β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素,定期复查B超,做好护理工作。结果 58例宫外孕保守治疗成功49例,4例保守失败因突然腹痛、血压下降而施剖腹探查术,5例因为担心治疗时间长,要求行腹腔镜手术。结论运用甲氨喋呤及米非司酮治疗异位妊娠,并及时做好护理措施,可以减轻患者痛苦,提高保守治疗的成功率。

Objective To explore effects and the nursing experience of applying Methotrexate and Mifepristone to treat ectopic pregnancy.Methods Fifty-eight patients with ectopic pregnancy were treated with Methotrexate and Mifepristone.Condition changes in time with clinical observation were found.Blood and urinary β-human chorionic gonadotropin were monitored.A periodic review with B ultrasonic was done and good nursing was provided as well.Results Forty-nine cases were cured.Four cases failed because of the sudden abdominal pain and the drop of the blood pressure and were operated on with Laparotomy.Another five cases asked to be operated on Laparoscopic surgery because of worrying about the long operation time.Conclusion We can relieve pain in patients and improve the success rate of conservative treatment by treating ectopic pregnancy with Methotrexate and Mifepristone and take actions to do the nursing well in time.
