抚触护理对腹部手术患儿疼痛程度的影响

Effect of caress touches nursing on reducing ache level after abdomen surgery

目的探讨抚触护理对腹部手术患儿术后疼痛程度的影响。方法将65例行腹部手术的患儿随机分为对照组(30例)和抚触组(35例)。对照组接受常规护理,抚触组在常规护理的基础上实施抚触护理。比较两组患儿术后疼痛程度及血压、心率的变化。结果抚触组患儿疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.01),血压和心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抚触护理能有效缓解患儿的疼痛程度,有利于患儿血压、心率的平稳。

Objective To explore the effect of caress touches nursing after the abdomen surgery on reducing ache level.Methods Sixty-five patients with abdomen surgery were randomly put into the control group（30 cases） and caress touches group（35 cases）.The control received conventional nursing,while the caress touches group was treated with both the conventional nursing and caress touches nursing.The ache level,blood pressure and heart rate changes of the two groups were compared.Results Caress touches group′s ache level was smaller than that in the control group（P0.01）. The blood pressure and the heart rate were also lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Caress touches nursing is able to effectively alleviate ache level and is helpful in stabilizing blood pressure and heart rate.
