老年肺癌患者术后肺部并发症原因分析及围手术期的护理干预

Postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with lung cancer:Possible reasons And preventive nursing Interventions

目的探讨老年肺癌患者围手术期肺部并发症预防的原因及护理干预方法。方法通过肺部并发症原因分析对88例肺癌手术治疗患者,进行术前戒烟教育、肺功能锻炼、有效咳嗽指导、控制原发病、上呼吸道清洁、心理护理,及术后早期活动、协助排痰、湿化气道、镇痛、病室空气消毒等。结果 88例患者均痊愈出院,无术后肺部并发症的发生。结论通过对老年肺癌患者手术肺部并发症原因分析有针对性地进行围手术期并发症的护理干预,减少了肺部并发症的发生,促进了患者康复。

Objective To explore possible reasons and preventive nursing interventions for postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with lung cancer,who had received surgery treatment,were analyzed.Nursing interventions were conducted including preoperative smoking giving-up,pulmonary rehabilitation,medicine treatment for primary disease,upper pulmonary tract cleaning,mental nursing,as well as postoperative early physical activities,sputum cleaning,steam inhalation,pain control and ward sterilization,etc.Results All patients recovered without any postoperative pulmonary complications.Conclusions Many reasons are related to postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients.Perioperative nursing interventions will be effective to prevent postoperative pulmonary complications.
