预防骨牵引针眼感染的护理因素分析

An analysis of the nursing factors in the preventing of infection in skeletal traction

目的探讨联合消毒法及新型敷料对预防骨牵引针眼感染的效果,同时分析两个因素对护理疗效的影响指数。方法对100例下肢骨牵引术后患者按随机数字法平均分成4组,分别为对照组、联合消毒法-新型辅料组、联合消毒法组、新型敷料组。观察针眼及周围皮肤的红肿、化脓、更换敷料次数、护理时间等指标。结果联合消毒法-新型辅料组、联合消毒法组、新型敷料组在预防感染方面均优于对照组。结论联合消毒法、新型敷料对预防骨牵引针眼感染有明显疗效,其中预防感染的首要因素为消毒法,其次为敷料选择。

Objective To explore the effect of new dressing and combined disinfection on the prevention of skeletal traction of needle infection,and analyze the impact of two factors on nursing index.Methods 100 patients after lower limb traction treatment were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely the control group,the united sterilization-new materials group,the united sterilization group,and the new dressing group.The skin around the eye of a needle swelling,suppuration,dressing change frequency,nursing time and other indicators were observed.Results The united sterilization-new materials group,the united disinfection group,the new dressing group had better results in the prevention of infection than that in the control group.Conclusion The combined disinfection method and the new dressing have obvious effects on the prevention of infection of skeletal traction needle.The primary factor of preventing an infection is disinfection,followed by dressing choice.
