摘要
目的观察奥克喷预防急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将137例接受放射治疗恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,68例使用奥克喷者为观察组,69例按常规皮肤护理及健康教育者为对照组,观察两组患者放疗后皮肤损伤的情况,比较两组皮肤反应发生率。结果观察组皮肤损伤程度明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。奥克喷能推迟皮肤反应发生的时间。结论奥克喷能提高皮肤辐射的耐受性,减轻皮肤损伤,降低严重皮肤损伤的发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Oak spray on the prevention of acute radiation dermatitis.Methods 137 patients who received radiotherapy cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups with 68 patients in observation Oak spray group and 69 patients in control group with the conventional skin care and health education.Patients were observed after radiotherapy skin damage situation,and the incidence of skin reactions were compared.Results The degree of skin damage of the observation group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Oak spray can delay the occurrence of skin reactions.Conclusion Oak spray can improve the radiation tolerance of the skin,reduce skin damage and reduce the incidence of serious skin damage.
