摘要
结合董仲舒思想的理论与实践,兼及儒家对于王道起源的认识,对刘泽华先生提出的"王体道"、"道由王出"提出不同意见,认为王道是儒家一贯的仁政主张,即孟子所说的以仁政统一天下、平治天下的政治理想。董仲舒认为王道起源于天道,天道是本质是《春秋繁露》中反复论说的"仁"的精神,而"仁"与"民意"、"民心"密不可分,因此,君主须仿效天道以行政事,"保民而王"才会持久地拥有王权并使之具有合法性。据此可以认为,对"王体道"的正确理解应该是王体会天道、效法天道,而不是道出于王,王占有道。
According to Dong Zhongshu's king theory and political practice, plus Confucian understanding for the kingly origin, we think that kingly is consistent benevolent politics of confucianism. This political view originated from ways of the universe, closely with popular opinion in chinese ancient time. And only benevolent politics can protect the king had his power permanently and legally.
