摘要
从国有企业薪酬管理的现状出发,薪酬体系管理显失公平是目前许多国有企业在薪酬管理方面存在的主要问题,而造成这一问题的原因是多方面的。因此要改进和完善国有企业的薪酬制度,就应该兼顾内外公平,实行全面薪酬战略,提高国有企业薪酬外部公平性及对外竞争力,同时要采取合理的薪酬结构,实现薪酬内部分配的公平。
Judging from the problems in the salary management of state-owned enterprise,the unfairness in the management of salary system is the main problem in state-owned enterprises(SOE),and the reasons are various.In order to improve and perfect the SOE's salary system,we should take into consideration both internal and external factors,implement the overall fair salary strategy to improve SOE's salary external fairness and external competitiveness,and formulate a reasonable salary structure to realize the fairness of internal salary distribution.
