序跋之体,中外有之。序跋之于学术有推波助澜之功,通过对我国著名人才学家王通讯序跋的收集、整理和挖掘,就其所掌握的100多篇序跋,分别从序跋所阐发的学术观点和学术实践的角度,就王通讯先生有关中国人才研究历史、人才规律、人才开发、人才方法论、人才实践的人才思想,以及他从开创人才学事业那一天起,为促使人才学分支学科发育、推动人才学基础理论研究、扶植青年人才研究者成长的所做实践进行了系统的述评。在评述王通讯自身长期致力于人才学系统思想和理论研究的同时,也就王通讯的科学治学精神、谦谨的学人品性、著文做事的认真态度,以及提携后进、培育人才的故事进行了深度探秘,精致地揭示了中国人才学研究的高端学者和在学术上公认的优秀领军人物[1]的学术人生风采。

Prefaces and postscripts,not rare both at home and abroad,play an active role in promoting academic research.Probing into the 100-odd prefaces and postscripts made by the famous Chinese talent-training scholar Wang Tongxun,this paper summarizes his academic ideas and academic practice,and his ideas on talent research,talent-training law,talent cultivation,methodology and talent-training practice.Besides,it clarifies his talent researches on talent studies,his efforts to promote the development of the branch of study under discussion,his theoretical endeavors and his experience in helping young scholars in this field.Moreover,it reveals Wang＇s rigorous attitude in academic research,modesty,cautiousness and perseverance,and episodes related to his generous help to young scholars.Such a study unfolds Wang＇s noble spirit and lofty ideal as a scholar of vision and prestige.
