Synthesis,Characterization and Crystal Structure of a New Schiff Base of Tryptamine

以2-羟基-3-甲基苯甲醛与吲哚乙胺为原料在甲醇中反应,合成了一种新型的吲哚乙胺型席夫碱化合物;通过核磁、元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征和确认,结果表明晶体属于六方晶系,空间群为R-3。晶胞参数:a=29.5773(9),b=29.5773(9),c=9.0233(6);α=90°,β=90°,γ=120°。实验结果表明,这种方法可以合成我们所需要的物质,所得吲哚乙胺型席夫碱可能具有抗癌和杀菌等药用效果,这对以后研究合成一些新的抗癌、杀菌药物具有一定的参考价值。

The article synthesizes a new Schiff base of tryptamine with benzaldehyde and tryptamine in methanol;The structure of the compound is characterized and determined by NMR、elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray analysis.The result shows that the crystal system of the crystal is hexagonal,space group is R-3.Unit cell parameters：a=29.5773（9）,b=29.5773（9）,c=9.0233（6）;α=90°,β=90°,γ=120°.The result shows that we can get the material we need by adopting this method.The Schiff base of tryptamine may have anticancer and fungicidal officinal effect.It proves that the research is of great reference value in synthesizing some new anticancer and fungicidal medicines.
