摘要
在Pro/ENGNEER Wildfire 4.0平台上,基于Pro/TOOLKIT技术,用VC++2005.net结合SQL Sever 2005数据库开发出一套机械常用机构库系统,实现了机构自顶向下的集成化、参数化、可视化快速设计。以十字轴式万向节为例,详细介绍了利用模块化设计和参数化设计的方法开发常用机构库机构快速设计系统的具体过程,本系统可按用户的设计要求进行机构的分类、自动检索、运动仿真、运动分析与修改,实现了对机构关键参数的参数化驱动和关键运动参数的测量,从而实现了机构的快速设计,提高了设计质量和效率。
On the Pro/ENGNEER Wildfire 4.0 platform,a set of Database of mechanism system has been developed by Visual C＋＋.NET 2005 programming language and SQL Sever 2005 database based on the Pro/TOOLKIT technology,which has realized the integration,parameterization and visual rapid design of the mechanism based on Top-Down method.Using cardan universal joint as an example,this paper detailedly introduces the development process of the Database of mechanism based on the modularization and the parametric technology.This system can realize the classification,automatic retrieval,dynamic simulation,kinematic analysis and modification of mechanism according to the user＇s design requirements,which has realized the Parametric driving of mechanism＇s key parameter and the measurement of key kinetic parameter,thereby makes the mechanism＇s rapid design come true and greatly improve the design quality and efficiency.
