分析了混凝土搅拌站气路系统中空气压缩机、气路、带阀气缸、电磁阀等部件的常见故障,结合故障现象,分析故障原因,并提出相应的排除方法。重点对空气压缩机的常见故障进行论述,讨论了空气压缩机不能正常启动、热继电器断开、电动机过热、压力不稳、声音不正常等故障的故障现象和故障原因,最后给出相应解决措施。

This paper analyzes the concrete mixing station gas path system,air compressors,gas-way and bring valve cylinder,electromagnetic valve components common ten breakdown,in combination of fault analysis of all parts of fault phenomena,analyzing the reasons of malfunction,for reasons to put forward the corresponding elimination method.This paper is focused on the common faults of air compressor is discussed,and discussed the air compressor cannot start normally,thermal relay disconnect,motor overheating,pressure instability,the voice is not normal these five fault fault phenomena and fault reason,finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
