摘要
对茶叶贮藏过程中影响其品质的关键因素以及目前茶叶贮藏保鲜技术研究的最新进展进行了综述,以期为茶叶加工和贮藏保鲜提供理论依据。
The key factors affecting tea quality and the latest research progress of current tea fresh-keeping technologies applicated during storage were summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for tea processing and fresh-keeping.
