白莲花粉中β-胡萝卜素的提取工艺条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用单因素和正交试验,考察提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取次数等因素对白莲花粉β-胡萝卜素提取的影响。结果显示:白莲花粉β-胡萝卜素的最佳提取条件为:乙酸乙酯作为有机提取溶剂,按提取时间180min、45℃、料液比1:6,提取2次,β-胡萝卜素提取率达679.864μg/g。 To optimize the process conditions for the solvent extraction of β-Carotene from white lotus pollen,the effects of solvent type,extraction duration and temperature,and material/liquid ratio,extraction times on factors were studied by single factor and orthogonal array design experiments.The optimal extraction process for β-Carotene from white lotus pollen was found to be as follows:the solvent type of ethyl acetate,the extraction time of 180min,the extraction temperature of 45℃,the material/liquid ratio of 1:6,the extraction times of 2,and the yield of β-Carotene from white lotus pollen can achieve 679.864μg/g.
