食品顾客满意度评价方法探讨

摘要 顾客满意度体现着企业的价值,是企业生存发展的基础,同时顾客满意度也是影响产品市场占有率以及市场竞争力的一个重要因素。本文基于ACSI模型,采用模糊综合评判法,对食品顾客满意度进行评价。 Customers satisfaction reflected the value of the enterprise and also was the basis for enterprise survival and development.It was an important factor which affected customer satisfaction market share of product and market competition.The paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the ACSI model to evaluate the customers satisfaction in food
