摘要
针对餐饮业缺乏TTX监测手段的现状,以红色鸡泡眼金鱼为受试对象,得到其死亡时间与体重、注射剂量之间的关系表及回归方程,建立的TTX金鱼比较生物试验法可用于河豚熟制品的定性测定、概略定量和生产经营中的预防性监测,并具有价廉、快速和易操作的特点。
Modern catering industries have no TTX detection measure. Case study of goldfish with red blister eyes was conducted to find out the relation between death time with weight and injection dose and thereby to achieve the regression equation. TTX goldfish comparative biological methods can be employed in the qualitative test of cooked fugu fish, general quantity determination and precaution monitoring in production and management, bearing the features of small expense, swiftness and easy operation
