摘要
双歧杆菌是人和动物肠道内重要的生理活性菌之一,双歧杆菌具有抗菌、防癌、增强免疫力、降低胆固醇等生理功能,还有预防、治疗疾病,营养和保健等功效。目前双歧杆菌制剂已经被广泛应用于保健食品和医药等领域,且仍有广泛的发展前景。双歧杆菌是人体内具有调节肠道功能的有益菌,合理开发利用具有很大的潜力和广阔的前景。
Bifidobacterium is one of the most important active bacteria in the intestines of people and animals which bears physical functions like antibacterial, cancer prevention, immunity improvement, cholesterol reduction, and disease prevention and treatment, healthcare effect. Currently bifidobacterium preparations are widely used in healthcare food and medicine area and expect greater applications. Bifidobacterium is a good bacterium in the intestines of people with a good prospect and potential for further development and application.
