非酒精性脂肪肝与脂联素及肿瘤坏死因子-α的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者中脂联素及肿瘤坏死因子-α的表达及意义。方法回顾性分析非酒精性脂肪肝患者与健康人群的血脂谱、肝功能指标、胰岛素抵抗、脂联素及肿瘤坏死因子-α。结果 NAFLD患者BMI及WHR显著高于健康组,TC、TG及LDL-C显著高于对照组,HDL-C显著低于对照组,FBG、FINS、ALT、AST、HOMA-IR及TNF-α显著高于对照组,APN显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示:APN与TC、TG、AST、FINS、ALT、HOMA-IR、TNF-α及WHR呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关;TNF-α与FBG、FINS及HOMA-IR呈正相关,与APN呈负相关。结论 APN和TNF-α在过度肥胖的患者中表达异常,导致高血症及炎症增加,改变了胰岛素抵抗,参与NAFLD的发生、发展的过程。
