摘要
目的探讨泮托拉唑佐治急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果及对血清中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的影响,以期为临床提供理论支持。方法收集140例急性胰腺炎患者,分为观察组与对照组。观察组共70例,在常规治疗基础上加用泮托拉唑钠;对照组共70例,应用常规治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前、后血清中IL-8和IL-12的变化。结果 观察组的有效率明显优于对照组,观察组与对照组在治疗后血清中IL-8和IL-12均下降,但观察组的下降值明显高于对照组。结论急性胰腺炎患者应用泮托拉唑辅助治疗,效果明显,并能对血清中IL-8和IL-12有明显的调节作用,临床治疗中可以积极应用。
Objective To observe clinical effect on patients with acute pancreatitis by pantoprazole,study the expressions of IL-8 and IL-12,for accumulating clinical experience,directing clinical work. Methods 140 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups. The control group were treated by routine treatment. The observation group were treated by routine treatment and pantoprazole. The expressions of IL-8 and IL-12 were detected in the two groups. Results The clinical effect were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The decreased value of IL-8 and IL-12 were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect is satisfied by routine treatment and pancreatitis. The treatment of pantoprazole can regulate the serum expressions of IL-8 and IL-12,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
