七氟醚全麻在脊柱手术中的麻醉效果及恢复时间分析

Analysis on Anesthetic Effect and Recovery Time of General Anesthesia with Sevoflurane in Spinal Surgery

目的探讨脊柱手术应用七氟醚进行全麻手术的麻醉疗效。方法将我院78例择期脊柱手术患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组38例。观察组采用七氟醚全麻而对照组采用异氟醚全麻,比较两组手术麻醉效果及患者恢复时间。结果 78例患者术中、术后恢复期血压、心率等基础指标均在基础值25%以内波动,且未发生术中麻醉并发症。观察组、对照组在麻醉时间、患者芬太尼和维库溴铵用量方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组平均睁眼时间、平均拔管时间、平均恢复时间比较均有显著性差异(t=2.17,P<0.05t;=2.02,P<0.05t;=2.00,P<0.05)。术后恢复期两组躁动发生率、切口疼痛率有显著性差异(χ2=4.18,P<0.05;χ2=5.26,P<0.05)。结论脊柱手术患者进行七氟醚全麻的术中麻醉效果与异氟醚相当,但术后恢复时间短,更有利于患者康复和降低术后麻醉并发症。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia with sevoflurane in spinal surgery. Methods 78 cases of patients in our hospital for elective spinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups：40 cases in the observation group and 38 cases in the control group;The observation group was treated with sevoflurane and the control group was treated with isoflnrane for general anesthesia; Anesthetic effects in surgery and patient recovery time were compared. Results Blood pressure,heart rate and other basic indicators during surgery and postoperative recovery of 78 patients were fluctuated less than 25% of the baseline values,and no anesthetic complication was occurred. The duration of anesthesia,the amount of fentanyl and vecuronium usage of observation group and control group had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The mean time to eye opening , the average extubation time,mean time to recovery were significantly different （t=2.17, P〈0.05 ; t=2.02, P〈0.05 ; t-2.00, P〈0.05）. The incidences of restlessness and incisional pain during postoperative recovery of two groups had significant differences （χ^2=4.18,P〈0.05; χ^2=5.26,P〈0.05）. Conclusion General anesthesia with sevoflurane in spinal surgery has equivalent anesthetic effect to that of isoflurane and shorter recovery time , and is more conducive to rehabilitation of patients and reducing the postoperative anesthetic complications.
