某电子厂噪声作业工人听力损失调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解某电子厂噪声作业工人听力损害的情况。方法回顾性分析我院对某电子噪声作业工人连续3年的纯音听力检查结果,并对听力损害与工龄、年份的关系分别进行统计学分析。结果 有效调查2436人次,高频听力损失检出率为33.9%(825/2436),显著高于语频听力损失检出率4.8%(117/2436)。高频及语频听力损失率在各年份及各工龄组间差异无统计学意义。结论企业应加强建立听力保护计划,防止职业性噪声聋的发生。 Objective To discuss the hearing status of individuals with occupational noise exposure and their control measures in a electronic mill. Methods Test of Audio acuity was retrospectively summed up in noise exposure workers in a electronic mill from January 2008 to May 2010. The database was set up and the statistical analysis was processed with SAS software. Results Totally 2436 were effectively investigated,and 33.9%(825/2436)were found to have high frequency hearing loss,higher than that of the speech frequency (4.8%). There was no significant difference between the groups who had high frequency or speech frequency hearing loss in annum and working ages. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the control and individual protection to reduce the occurrence and development of hearing loss.
