摘要
目的观察原发性高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法门诊收集原发性高血压患者60例,分为H型高血压组和正常高血压组。循环酶法测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平,采用高分辨彩色多谱勒超声仪测量颈总动脉从内膜内表面到中膜外表面的厚度以及颈动脉斑块等指标。结果 H型高血压组颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显高于正常高血压组(P<0.05);但斑块检出率两组未发现明显差异;血清总同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉斑块发生率呈正相关(r=0.77,P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显增加,且与血清同型半胱氨酸水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine and carotid intima-media thickness in primary hypertensive patients. Methods Sixty clinic hypertensive patients who were diagnosed in our hospital were recruited. They were divided into two groups based on plasma homocysteine,namely "H" type hypertensive and normal hypertensive groups. We detected the plasma homocysteine concentration by enzymatic cycling assay. Carotid intima-media thickness was measured by high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound. Results Compared with normal hypertensive groups,carotid intima-media thickness were more thick in "H" type hypertensive (P〈0.05),but no difference in carotid plague between two groups was observed. Moreover,plasma homocysteine was correlated to carotid intima-media thickness (r=0.77,P〈0.05). Conclusion In "H" type hypertensive patients,the carotid intima-media thickness is marked thick,which may related to plasma homocysteine.
