舌部症状病人舌体部彩色多普勒血流分析

Analysis of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Lingual Body of Case with Symptom of the Tongue

目的 分析舌部症状病人舌体部血流动力学特征，为临床诊治提供参考。方法 应用彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ） 技术，对２８ 例舌部症状病人的舌深动脉水平段进行检测，参数包括血管内径（Ｄ） 、阻力指数（ＲＩ） 及收缩期峰值流速（Ｖｐ），并与３２ 例相同年龄组的正常人比较。结果 根据舌深动脉水平段血流ＲＩ值将病人分为两种类型，即低阻力型ＲＩ０－６７±０－０７，高阻力型ＲＩ０－８１ ±０－０５ ；与正常人比较两组均为Ｐ＜ ０－００１ ；血管Ｄ及血流ＶＰ与正常人比较无显著性差异。结论 舌部症状者舌体部血流差异较大，主要反映在舒张期的血流变化，提示舌部症状与舌体血流变化可能互为因果关系。

Purpose Analysis feature of the blood flow in the lingual body of the patients with symptom of the tongue,in order to provide reference for clinical.Methods Measure blood flow parameter in the lingual body of 28 cases with symptom of the tongue sing the technical of the color Doppler flow image (CDFI),parameter include artery diameter (D),resistance index (RI) and the peak value of blood flow velocity in systole phase (VP),then compared with normal people.Results Based on RI type to patients separate to two clssify,that is low RI type RI 0 6+0 07,high RI 0 81+0 05,compare with normal people with extremely significant difference( P <0 001).Conclusion There are more difference flow in the tongue of the cases with symptom of the tongue,it main reflect blood flow change in the diastole phase.Point out there are causality between the flow change and the symptom of the tongue.
