肾上腺占位性病变超声显像诊断及临床意义

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Adrenal Tumors and the Clinical Significance

目的 探讨不同病理性质肾上腺占位性病变的声像图特征，为临床提供诊断依据。方法 报告７９ 例肾上腺占位性病变的声像图表现，并对照手术和病理结果进行分析。结果 肾上腺占位性病变种类较多，声像图虽有雷同之处，但也不乏各自的特点，本组超声诊断符合率达８９－９％ 。结论 肾上腺占位性病变的超声显像诊断符合率较高，具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the ultrasonographic manifestations of different adrenal tumors.Methods 79 cases of adrenal tumor were reviewed and analysed with their operative and pathologic diagnosis.Results There were many different kinds of adrenal tumors.Their ultrasonographic manifestations were in common but characteristic.The accurate ultrasonographic diagnosis rate was 89 8%.Conclusion The ultrasonographic diagnosis of adrenal tumors was more accurate and valuable.
