摘要 骨质疏松症是一种隐匿进展的流行病,威胁着人们的生存质量和寿命,目前治疗骨质疏松的药物很多,但效果都不太理想,因此预防骨质疏松就显得相当重要,而运动恰恰是预防骨质疏松的一个非常重要的手段,本文通过对许多文献的查阅,总结出:终身运动、适宜强度运动、承重运动及全面身体锻炼对预防骨质疏松最有效。
