低碳经济背景下安徽经济发展

Economic Development of Anhui Province in the Low-carbon Era

国际金融危机发生后,全球合作应对气候变化,低碳经济时代到来,这将产生新一轮工业革命。文章通过对低碳经济时代全球产业发展新趋势的研究,指出:新能源产业正逐渐成为全球新的经济增长点,各国政府高度重视新能源产业的发展,正在积极抢占新能源产业制高点;在分析了低碳经济背景下全球产业发展新趋势及安徽发展低碳经济所面临问题的基础上,给出了低碳经济背景下安徽经济发展的一些对策、建议。

Global cooperation,responding to the climate change and the arrival of low-carbon economy times,will lead to a new round of industrial revolution in post-crisis era.By researching the development trends of global industry in the low-carbon era,this paper points out that the new energy industry is gradually becoming the new global economic growth point.Governments attach great importance to the development of new energy industry and actively compete to be the forefront in this field.Based on the analyses of the new development trend of the global industry and the problems in developing low-carbon economy in Anhui Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for economic development of Anhui Province in the low-carbon era.
