新形势下高校毕业生流动党员的管理

Management of Floating Party Members among College Graduates under the New Situation

目前,高校毕业生就业已进入大众化阶段,就业形式日趋多样。毕业生党员数量多、分布广、流动性强,给党员管理带来了很大挑战,大学生流动党员管理在思路和方式上还没有走出计划经济时代以单位管理为主的被动状态。文章在分析高校毕业生党员管理现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了加强流动党员管理的基本原则和工作对策。

At present,college graduates＇ employment is popularized and becoming diversified in forms.It is a big challenge facing management of Party members due to great quantity,broad spreading and strong mobility of college graduate Party members.Currently,the state of passive management of floating Party members among college graduates in the planned economy has not ended in which they are managed mainly by the units they work for.This paper puts forward some basic principles and measures for strengthening the management of floating Party members among college graduates on the basis of the analysis of current situation and existing problems in this respect.
