摘要
目的：研究彩色超声多普勒成像技术（ＣＤＩ） 诊断眼底疾病的价值。方法：应用ＣＤＩ对１００例（１３０ 只眼） 各种眼底病进行检查并分析结果，并参考其它临床检查。结果：多数眼底疾病如视网膜中央动脉或静脉阻塞、糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜血管炎、视网膜血管瘤及脉络膜血管瘤等的血流速度表现异常，多数动脉和静脉血流速度不同程度下降。结论：初步结果显示，ＣＤＩ是探查眼部较大血管血液动力学状况的有价值的工具，并具有无创伤和简便的特点。但是它在眼底病变诊断的特异性方面还受到限制，今后还需增加更多的参数进一步研究。此外ＣＤＩ目前还不能探查微细的血管异常。
value of diagnosis on fundus disease with CDI was evaluated.CDI and other exams were performed in 100 cases (130 eyes) of various fundus diseases.Velocity of blood flow in artery and vein showed decreased in most of fundus diseases such as central retinal artery or vein occlusion,diabetic retinopathy,etc.CDI is an useful harmless adjunctive tool in assessing the status of hemodynamics of big vessels,and not assessing the status of mini-vessels.More parameters will be needed in further studies.
