摘要
环境敏感水凝胶能随外界环境变化由溶液转变成凝胶,其中温度敏感性水凝胶在不同环境温度刺激下即产生相转变。聚乙二醇-聚酯类嵌段共聚物水溶液室温下是流动的液体,达生理温度时则形成凝胶。该类共聚物有温度敏感性、生物可降解性、生物相容性,可注射性,延长药物的释放时间,作为药物缓释载体被广泛应用于生物医药领域。文章综合国内外文献报道,介绍了聚乙二醇-聚酯类嵌段共聚物的合成、物理凝胶化机理,同时综述了其在生物医药领域中的应用,并对其发展趋势及应用前景作了简单的评述。
Environmentally responsive hydrogels have the ability to turn from solution to gel when a specific stimulus is applied,and thermoresponsive hydrogels utilize temperature change as the trigger that determines their gelling behavior without any additional external factors.The poly(ethylene glycol)-polyester block copolymer solutions are liquid at a ambient temperature and become gel at physiological temperature.They have been widely used in biomedical fields owing to the characteristics of thermosensitive,biodegradation,biocompatibility,injectability and sustained release property.In recent years,temperature-sensitive polymer as a novel carrier for controlled-release drug delivery systems has been widely concerned by researchers.Referring to both domestic and foreign literatures,the synthesis methods of the poly(ethylene glycol)-polyester block copolymers were introduced in this paper.At the same time its mechanization of physical gelation,the application of these kinds of copolymers and their development trends and application prospects were also discussed.
