4种不同类型越桔叶片光合作用温度特性的比较研究 被引量:28

摘要 对4 种不同类型越桔叶片光合作用温度特性的比较结果表明:红豆越桔、矮丛越桔、半高丛越桔和高丛越桔叶片净光合速率(CO2) 的变化范围分别在5-58 ~8-28、5-30 ~7-48 、4-95 ~7-24 和4-06 ~7-18 μmol/(m2·s),其光合作用温度下限分别为0 ℃~3 ℃、2 ℃~4 ℃、3 ℃~6 ℃和3 ℃~6 ℃;其温度上限分别为42 ℃~45 ℃、42 ℃~45 ℃、44 ℃~46 ℃和44 ℃~47 ℃,其最适温度范围分别为18 ℃~25 ℃、20 ℃~27 ℃、25 ℃~30 ℃和25 ℃~33 ℃;叶片量子产额在不同温度条件下均呈单峰曲线型变化,红豆越桔、矮丛越桔、半高丛越桔和高丛越桔叶片量子产额的峰值分别出现在20 ℃、25 ℃、25 ℃和30 ℃,并表现为红豆越桔> 矮丛越桔> 半高丛越桔> 高丛越桔;从光合与呼吸CO2 交换比值来看,红豆越桔和矮丛越桔的最高值分别出现在20 ℃和25 ℃,而半高丛越桔与高丛越桔在15 ℃~30 ℃时均表现出较高的比值;在光合适宜温度范围内,4 种类型越桔叶片光合作用的光补偿点和光饱和点表现为红豆越桔< 矮丛越桔< 半高丛越桔< 高丛越桔。 The results showed thatthe net photosynthetic rate oflingonberry ,lowbush ,half high bush and highbush blueberry leaves werein the range of 5-58 ~8-28 ,5-30 ~7-48 ,4-95 ~7-24 and 4-06 ~7-18 μmolCO2/(m 2·s)-Thelowesttemperature of photosynthesisofthem were 0 ℃~ 3 ℃,2 ℃~4 ℃,3 ℃~6 ℃and 3 ℃~6 ℃- The highest temperature of photosynthesis of them were 42 ℃~45 ℃, 42 ℃~45 ℃, 44 ℃~46 ℃and 44 ℃~47 ℃- The optimun temperature of photosynthesis ofthem were 18 ℃~25 ℃,20 ℃~27 ℃,25 ℃~30 ℃and 25 ℃~33 ℃- Apparent quantum yield showed a single peak curve change under differenttemperature, maxmum values of lingonberry,lowbush , half highbush and highbush blueberry leaves were measured in 20 ℃, 25 ℃,25 ℃and 30 ℃- Apparent quantum yield of lingonberry was the highest- Lowbush blue berry′s was higher-Half highbush blueberry′s was lower- Highbush blueberry′s was the low est-The light compensation point and light saturtion point oflingonberry were thelowest- Low bush blueberry′s werelower- Half highbush blueberry′s were highter- Highbush blueberry′s were hightest-
