吉林省小粒大豆超氧歧化酶活力及胰酶抑制剂的分析研究

Activity of Superoxide Dismutase and Trypsin Inhibitorin Small Grain Soybean ofJilin Province

采用对比法首次对吉林省小粒大豆的超氧歧化酶（ＳＯＤ） 活力及抗营养因子胰蛋白酶抑制剂进行了分析研究。结果发现：小粒大豆各品种间超氧歧化酶活力比大粒大豆各品种间差异大，进化中的杂交种超氧歧化酶活力低于已稳定的栽培品系，小粒大豆抗营养因子胰蛋白酶抑制剂低于大粒大豆。

Activity of superoxide dismutase and trypsin inhibitor,anti nutrition factor ,in small grain soybean from Jilin Province were studied .The resultsshowed thatthe difference among va rieties ofthe small grain soybean was moresignifficantthan thatofthe big grain soybean .The ac tivity of superoxide dismutase in evoluting hybridastrain was lower than that of stabilizing culti var,and the activity of trypsin inhibitor in small grain soybean was lower than thatin big grain soybean .
