摘要 随着国际气候合作的不断深入,碳泄漏问题也得到了国内外学术界越来越多的关注。通过对碳泄漏的渠道及流向进行系统的分析和归纳,深入研究了碳泄漏产生的环境制度因素以及碳泄漏问题给中国带来的挑战。
