摘要
2010年我国高校的绩效工资制改革可以看作是对2006年"工改"的全面实施和深化。这些年来,学术界对高校"工改"从七个方面进行了有价值的探讨。但存在六个方面的不足。随着"工改"的深入进行,这方面的研究必将系统而深入地向前推进。
The reform of performance-based system in higher education institutions in 2010 could be regarded as the comprehensive and deepening implementation of the wage reform conducted in 2006. In recent years, the academia have carried out valuable discussions about wage reforms in higher education institutions from seven aspects. However, there are deficiencies in the six of the seven aspects they discussed. With the implementation of the wage reform, it is necessary to proceed the study in this field symmetrically and thoroughly.
