SEM photographs can show three dimensional objects with high definition . But some defects are often shown in the photographs because oftechnology on something else . Then,it′s necessary to draw biologicalpicturesin orderto show the originalappearance ofthe objectandre duce the defects.The present paper gives some introduction of biological drawing about showing technology,the way of dealing with drawing and the steps of drawing .
