通过对我国国有商业银行信用风险现状的分析，在探索了国有商业银行信用风险形成的具体原因基础上，提出了银行信用风险的防范综合治理对策。

This paper analyses the present situation of credit risk in the state owned com mercial bank ,and puts forward the countermeasures of bank credit risks on the basis of looking into the causes of creditrisks.
