船用带式制动器重复制动瞬态温度场分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据船用带式制动器刹车特点,确定制动器重复制动的边界条件,运用有限元分析软件建立带式制动器的三维有限元计算模型,对重复制动工况下制动带和摩擦片的瞬态温度场进行分析计算,揭示了重复制动工况下制动带和摩擦片内部温度场分布规律,为带式制动器的优化设计提供参考. According to brake characteristic on marine band brake, redundant brake boundary condition is definited. The 3D transient heat conduction mathematical model of band brake is established with finite element analysis, transient temperature fields are acquired under the repetition braking condition; the transient temperature distribution on the steel band and the friction band are revealed, some phenomenon and results are shown. All the results can offer references for the optimal design of band brake.
