Application of Panasonic PLC in the Control System of Automatic Sample Injector

探讨松下PLC在自动加样仪自动控制系统中多轴脉冲输出驱动步进电机的应用。针对自动加样仪的控制系统中不但要求有多轴的脉冲输出来驱动步进电机,且每个动作要求响应快、精度高的条件下,应用松下FPX-C60T型PLC来控制自动加样仪实现各种规定的工序动作。经过对自动加样仪的调试,用松下FPX-C60T型PLC能很好地满足其动作要求,达到预期目的。FPX晶体管输出型PLC基本上只使用单台单元设备就可以完成4轴的脉冲输出功能,既节省空间,又能降低成本,使用范围更大。

Investigated the application of Panasonic PLC in the control system of automatic Sample injector of many pulses output to drive stepping motors. According to the control system of automatic sample injector not only need many pulses output to drive stepping motors, but also require every action rapid responses and high precision,for completing the every specified action, the FPX - C60T was used to control the automatic sample injector. After the debugging of automatic sample injector, the FPX- C60T can good meeting the re- quirements and achieve the desired objectives. FPX transistor output type PLC basically using only single unit equipment can be completed 4 shaft pulses output function,both save the space and reduce the cost,so the range of using is broader.
