沸石对黄羽肉鸡的饲用效果及作用机理 被引量:13

摘要 640 只28 日龄黄羽肉鸡(882)按饲养试验要求分成 4 个组,每组设4 个重复,分别饲喂沸石含量为0,2% ,4% 和6% 的日粮,57 日龄时结束饲养试验。在56 日龄时,各组随机抽取健康的鸡24 只(每个重复取6 只,公母各半),空腹翅静脉采血,测定血液指标。结果表明:日粮中添加 2% ,4% 和6% 的沸石后日增重分别提高5.17% (P< 0.05),11.07% (P< 0.01)和8.12% (P< 0.05);添加不同量的沸石均能显著提高血液中血清总蛋白、血清甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、甲状腺素和胰岛素水平,降低血氨水平(P< 0.01),添加4% 沸石能显著提高血液睾酮水平(P< 0.05)。 Six hundred and forty yellow feather type (YF 882) broilers at 28 day old were used to study the effects of four levels dietary zeolite : 0, 2%, 4% and 6% on growth performance and serum composition during 27 to 56 day old and approach to the mechanism of the effects added zeolite .The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) of broilers fed diets added 2%, 4% and 6% zeolite were 5.17% ( P <0.05), 11.07% ( P <0.01) and 8.12% ( P <0.05) respectively higher than the control group (0 zeolite). Zeolite added into diet significantly increased contents of serum total protein (TP), triacylglycerol (TG 3), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT), 3,5′,3′ triiodo thyronin (T 3), thyroxine (T 4) and insulin (INS); decreased content of serum NH 3 ( P <0.01). The diet added 4% zeolite significantly improved serum testosterone(T) of experimental broilers.
