摘要
对两个在国际上较早发起幸福研究的国家,即来自发达国家的法国和发展中国家的不丹的幸福研究成果进行梳理,可以发现:在新转型时代,发展测量体系应实现从"生产导向"到"幸福导向"的转变,公共政策制定除"生产性产出"的经济绩效之外,更要注重立足于为民众谋幸福的社会进步,社会的发展应由经济建设时代逐步过渡到社会建设时代。
Through a review of well-being Researches in France and Bhutan,which are two country researching on well-being early, we could find that in the new age of transformation, the measure system of development should change from ＂GDP-oriented＂ to ＂GNH-oriented＂. The public policy-making should put more attention on the social advancement around people＇s happiness rather than the economic efficiency of output. Social development should gradually transit from economic construction to social construction.
