摘要
在明确资源缺口、能力缺口、文化缺口及其关系的基础上,构建一个系统、全面反映企业转型障碍及克服障碍过程的理论模型,将战略转型过程分解为资源整合、能力重构和文化变革三个过程。模型将企业战略转型这一企业管理实践的难题与动态能力形成机制这一理论难题结合在一起,从动态能力的视角出发,战略转型过程为:为追求竞争优势而执行的战略转型引发三类缺口,弥补缺口引发动态能力的形成,动态能力的形成支持企业获取新的竞争优势。
On the basis of all kinds of obstacles during strategic transformation and the clarification of resource gap, capabilities gap and culture gap, a theory model is set up systematically and fully reflects the difficulties in enterprise transformation and the way to overcome them. The strategic transformation process is broke down into resource integration process, capability reconfiguration process and culture change process. This model puts forward an analytical framework of transformation process according to the theory of dynamic capability by both difficult problem in transformation practice and theory in the formation of dynamic capability.
