钢纤维混凝土抗酸性腐蚀环境的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以研究钢纤维混凝土抵抗不同酸的腐蚀为目的,测试有机酸和无机酸腐蚀后不同体积率钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,以抗压腐蚀系数和抗折腐蚀系数的形式表述试验结果,反应腐蚀程度。结果表明:相同pH值环境下,有机酸强于无机酸对钢纤维混凝土的腐蚀,钢纤维体积率为1.5%时,钢纤维混凝土抗腐蚀能力最佳。 For the purpose of studying the steel fiber reinforced concrete resist to the corrosion of different acid,testing compressive strength and flexural strength of the steel fiber reinforced concrete after the organic and inorganic acid corrosion,express test results with the compression coefficient of corrosion and the flexural coefficient of corrosion,thus react the corrosion degree.The results shows that,the organic corrosion of steel fiber reinforced concrete more than the inorganic acid,steel fiber volume ratio is 1.5%,the ability is best of the steel fiber reinforced concrete resist to the corrosion.
